Returns and Exchanges
  • We accept return merchandise that has not been worn and is in brand new condition within seven (7) days of the date you received it.
  • Items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • Return/exchange shipping is always free.
  • Any items returned to us after 7 days from your receipt date will be eligible for s tore credit or exchange only at our discretion.
  • Sale and trunk show items are final sales and only eligible for exchange if received by us within 7 days of receipt in brand new condition. This must be preauthorized.
  • All customized, sized, and special order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Repairs

Please contact us at lisa@lisadescampsjewelry.com , and we will send you a return label and repair your piece. We will let you know any repair charges in advance. Shipping for repairs is free
