- We accept return merchandise that has not been worn and is in brand new condition within seven (7) days of the date you received it.
- Items may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please do not simply put your return in your own box and send — jewelry insurance requires that you send your shipment in a specific way, for which we will send instructions and labels.
- Any items returned to us after 7 days from your receipt date will be eligible for s tore credit or exchange only at our discretion.
- Sale and trunk show items are final sales and only eligible for exchange if received by us within 7 days of receipt in brand new condition. This must be preauthorized.
- All customized, sized, and special order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
